ABOUT THE CHAMBER .:. LEADERSHIP MERIDIAN

Our Leadership program provides training and unique behind-the-scenes experiences for a small group of future Meridian leaders. The two-year program gives the participants insights into the various sectors that make up our community, including government, business, healthcare, education, media, volunteerism, the arts, and recreation. They meet with leaders in each of these areas and learn what makes the entire community work.

Participants spend one day monthly for nine months attending classes. The second year of the program, they plan and lead the classes for the next group of participants. Our program was recently called “the best Leadership program in the State” by a participant in a larger program.
